All services are delivered pursuant to separate service agreements that define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These Terms of Service govern the general framework within which specific service agreements operate.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients. Service modifications will not materially affect existing contractual obligations without mutual agreement.

3 User Responsibilities

As a user of our website and services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us for the purpose of receiving services, and you grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for service delivery.

5 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of their professional relationship. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, system architectures, financial data, client lists, trade secrets, and any information marked as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without the disclosing party's prior written consent, except as required by law. This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our business relationship for a period of three years.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GFS Alliance, Inc, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
